What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Michigan residents will be charged a 6% sales tax on their order. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express through the Paypal website. We also accept money orders - please follow the instructions at checkout to properly address money orders.
We accept concealed cash rounded to the nearest dollar (don't send coins!) through the mail - just select the money order option. We can only accept cash in US dollars at this time.
I don't have a Paypal account - how can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay through Paypal without an account! You don't need to sign up for Paypal. Just select the Paypal/Credit Card payment option during checkout. Once you confirm your order, you'll be sent to the Paypal website. Click on "Don't have a Paypal account" and enter your credit card information. If you have any trouble with checkout, don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I use a prepaid credit card?
Many brands of prepaid credit cards are not accepted by our payment processor. If you'd like to try to use a prepaid card, be sure that your billing address is registered to the card.
How do you protect my privacy?
We do not share any customer information, including name, address, email, or phone number, with any third parties. Credit card payments are processed securely through the Paypal website. Your credit card information is never entered or stored on our website, and all other information is entered through an encrypted SSL connection.
Why is there an order in my account history when I didn't complete my order? Are you going to charge me?
If you go partially through checkout, your incomplete order may be saved to the system. Incomplete orders will have an "Awaiting Payment Confirmation" status and will be deleted after a few days if there is no payment associated with the order. We will not charge you for duplicate orders that say "Awaiting Payment Confirmation". (Since our payments go through Paypal, it's actually impossible for us to charge you without your authorization!)
If your order has this status and you completed payment, your order is simply waiting for one of us to manually verify your payment and update your order status - just allow at least 12 hours for your order to change to a new status. If your order does not update within 24 hours, please contact us.
How will you ship my order?
We ship by US Post Office to both US and international destinations. You can view shipping options when you check out.
When will my order ship out?
All of our items are custom-made at the time of order. This allows us to offer a wide range of sizes, colors, and designs at affordable prices. It usually takes around 3-5 business days for your order to be made and shipped out to you. You can log into your account at any time to check the status of your order.
If you have a deadline or need expedited shipping, let us know before ordering so we can work with you to get your order on time. Please keep in mind that some orders may still require 2-4 business days production time before they can be shipped out.

Will you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to nearly all countries around the globe. If you find you can't check out, your country may not be added to our system. Just send us a note through the contact page.
Do you accept returns?
To keep our prices low and offer the huge variety of designs and styles that we do, all of our items are custom-made to order - this means your items are made especially for you! Please make sure that you consult our sizing charts either here, or on the item listing for all other items, before ordering to be sure you are ordering the size and style that best fits you, or contact us with any questions! We are happy to give you extra details about any item via email if you need it! ^_^
If you received a defective item or have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Any items returned to us must be received by us within 10 days after contacting us.
Any returns or exchanges will be given as store credit.
We cannot accept any items returned to us without prior authorization, or items that have been used. Please be sure to email us first. ^_^
Can I request a special size or style of shirt?
Definitely! We can print most designs on a babydoll, tank top, messenger, hoodie, or any other style of item in the store by request if you don't see that particular design on the item you want. Just contact us before ordering if you'd like a special size or style.
Can I get a t-shirt in a different color than the ones you have listed?
We can print any of our own designs on a different color if it's a color we have available. If you see a blue shirt and you want red instead, for example, we'd be happy to print a custom shirt for you. Just send us an email to find out if it's possible.
